Dr. Cerny graduated medical school at the University of Calgary in 2006 before completing her residency in family medicine. Dr. Cerny has worked in obstetrics as well as hospital medicine. Currently, Dr. Cerny works in various areas including rehab and long-term care and is involved in medical education. She also provides care in under serviced rural communities. ⁠

Dr. Cerny is a busy mom with 3 kids who cherishes time with her family and loves by the motto, "Be kind, work hard, have fun."
